As our growth accelerates in Ontario, we're seeking a driven, relationship-focused Field Sales Representative to strengthen our presence across Ottawa and Eastern Ontario, helping retailers discover why, with Bleuh, it's always Bleuh Skies Ahead.

Why This Role Matters



You are the face of Bleuh in your territory.

Your mandate: drive sales performance, expand distribution, build strong retailer relationships, and elevate brand visibility across every category.

You will manage the territory end-to-end, store visits, education, merchandising, reporting, and activation.

Key Responsibilities



1. Territory Growth & Sales Performance



Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets across the territory. Secure new listings, restocks, improved menu placement, and feature opportunities. Identify competitive shifts and communicate insights proactively. Review weekly sales data to adjust priorities and maximize velocity. Demonstrate a results-driven mindset, effort is recognized, but we pay for results.

2. Territory Coverage & Field Execution



Execute structured weekly call cycles across all assigned accounts. Maintain consistent presence across Ottawa, Kingston, Cornwall, Pembroke, and surrounding areas. Complete daily store visits to drive distribution and visibility. Capture visit notes, photos, commitments, and follow-ups in CRM.

3. Retail Relationship Management



Act as the primary contact between Bleuh and all territory retailers. Build long-term relationships with managers, budtenders, and regional partners. Deliver training sessions, new SKU walkthroughs, and brand education. Respond quickly to retailer requests and operational needs.

4. Merchandising & In-Store Excellence



Install and maintain Bleuh displays, signage, and brand assets. Merchandise all portfolio formats. Identify menu gaps, visibility opportunities, and risks at store level.

5. Launches, Events & Pop-Ups



Execute regional events, budtender days, activations, and pop-ups. Coordinate sample drops with clear follow-up. Support seasonal programs and product launches.

6. Reporting & Internal Collaboration



Submit weekly recaps, photos, KPIs, and territory insights. Provide feedback to Sales, Trade Marketing, and Operations. Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute territory-level input. Collaborate on merchandising needs, retailer requests, and launch planning.

Qualifications



Experience in cannabis field sales or CPG field sales (beverage alcohol, tobacco, convenience, snacks). Strong territory management, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, field-first environment. Ability to lift and move boxes, POS material, and displays. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Education: diploma or degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field considered an asset

Reporting To



Reports directly to the VP Sales, Ontario. Works closely with Trade Marketing and Operations.

Structured onboarding program at Quebec's Bleuh Headquarter Ongoing coaching from the VP Sales Product, brand, and CRM training provided. Opportunities for professional development as the Ontario team expands.
