We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a background in B2B sales, and a passion for technology sales. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs will be crucial in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential leads and assess competitive landscape.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to address customer needs.
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand professional network.
Experience
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Access to a personal vehicle (required for candidates residing outside the GTA).
