Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven residential Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves expanding our market presence through strategic outside sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach. Fluency in French is a plus to effectively serve diverse client bases. The Field Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. This position involves selling high-ticket security camera systems. The pay is fully commission-based with bonuses.

Duties

Door-to-door knock for new leads. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability Present product solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features and benefits Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales roles Good negotiation skills Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales metrics and market data Ability to communicate fluently in French is preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor

Pay: $35,275.73-$102,675.26 per year
