We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases. Duties
Conduct outside sales activities by visiting prospective and existing clients to promote our products and services.
Develop new business opportunities through targeted marketing efforts and networking.
Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals aligned with company objectives.
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
Collaborate with marketing teams to identify market trends and develop strategies for market penetration.
Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and applications to clients.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to the product portfolio.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development within a technical or marketing environment.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data and market trends for strategic planning.
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining alignment with team goals.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
