Base Pay:
$20/hourCommission:
$100 per new restaurant that places an orderCompensation Structure:
o You will always earn at least the base pay ($20/hr).
o If your commissions exceed your base pay, you will receive the higher amount.
o Example:
? 20 new restaurants = $2,000 commissions ? $600 above base ?
$2,000 total pay
? 10 new restaurants = $1,000 commissions (less than base) ?
$1,400 total pay
Responsibilities
Visit prospective restaurants within assigned territories, present our online platform, and close sales. A verification link will be provided for candidates to confirm each eligible new restaurant. Candidates
are responsible for planning their own routes.
Log visit details and outcomes in our collaboration app (Lark) each time you visit a new customer. Meet weekly activity and performance goals.
Requirements
Fluent in English (verbal and written). Strong communication and customer engagement skills. Access to a personal vehicle (required for candidates residing outside the GTA). Please note: fuel allowance is not provided.
Performance Tracking
Each sales representative will receive a daily summary of their performance metrics (visits, conversion
rates, and commission breakdown) either in the group chat or in their personal record.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
