Job Overview



We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients in the field, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a knack for business development, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and effectively negotiating contracts.

Duties



Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions. Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and how they meet client requirements. Manage accounts effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing any client concerns. Document all sales activities in the CRM system for accurate tracking of progress.

Experience



Experience in home care giver business development is required. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (required). You can provide a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening; You can work a schedule of flexible hours and shifts inclusive of days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong background in business development and account management. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results. Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly. Proficiency in French is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently while being part of a team.
