Field Sales Representatives / Energy Advisors

About the Role
This is a
salary plus commission
field position where you'll meet homeowners, perform insulation inspections, and help them choose the right solutions for their home.
You'll be provided with
qualified booked appointments
and a
planned daily route
-- no cold calling, no door knocking.
You'll start by visiting customers, building relationships, and providing quotes. As you gain experience, there's a strong opportunity to move into
senior sales or management roles
and potentially qualify for a
company vehicle
.
Key Responsibilities
Visit scheduled homeowner appointments within your assigned area (usually within a 1-hour radius).
Assess insulation and energy efficiency needs during in-home consultations.
Explain our services, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
Build trust and close deals using a professional, customer-focused approach.
Manage daily routes and submit reports to the office.
Follow up with clients after inspections to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

Compensation
Base Salary:
$2000 per month (guaranteed).
Commission:
5% on closed jobs.

Sales background or experience as an energy advisor is an asset.

Comfortable working flexible hours -- up to 6 days per week, including weekends if desired.

Monday to Saturday (Sundays optional for high performers).
Training:
1-week training program to prepare you for field success.
Reporting:
Daily check-in and support from our Markham office.
