Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct negotiations with potential clients to close sales deals effectively. Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on progress. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2C environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Familiarity with technology sales and understanding of technical products is a plus. Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
