Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record in B2B sales.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Strong business development acumen with a focus on account management.
Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand technical products.
Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and customer relationships.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
