What You'll Do Day-to-Day



Visit homeowners for pre-scheduled, in-home consultations Take accurate measurements and recommend window/door solutions Educate customers on energy efficiency, product options, and rebate programs Create and present clear, personalized quotes Close deals and walk clients through financing or contract terms Manage your leads and sales pipeline via CRM Coordinate with install teams for a smooth post-sale experience Provide 5? service, even after the sale

Who You Are



Experienced in B2C Sales: 1-3 years in direct residential sales (windows, doors, roofing, home improvement or solar a plus) Client-Focused Communicator: You build trust naturally and explain things clearly Organized & Self-Driven: You can manage your time, tasks, and clients independently Tech-Savvy Enough: Tablets, mobile quoting tools, digital contracts -- you're comfortable using them Ready to Hit the Road: Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and eligibility to work in Canada
