Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective outside sales strategies, developing new client relationships, and managing existing accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. The Field Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and close deals while adhering to company policies. Manage accounts effectively, ensuring that all client requirements are met in a timely manner. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and demonstrating product features. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Demonstrated ability in business development and account management. Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand complex technical concepts. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Strong communication and customer engagement skills. Access to a personal vehicle (required for candidates residing outside the GTA). Please note: fuel allowance is not provided.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
