We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative (B2B) to join our team. This role is essential for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, technical sales, and account management, with the ability to analyze market trends and negotiate effectively. Proficiency in Salesforce and a passion for technology sales will be key to success in this position.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and understand competitive landscape. Present and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on performance metrics. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales; experience in technology sales is a plus. Strong account management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to analyze market data effectively. Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (English), with the ability to present information clearly. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
