Integrated Solutions is a proud dealer for Xplore Internet, providing reliable Internet solutions across Canada. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Supervisor to join our team, focusing on the Edmonton region.
Your Role
This is a full-time employee position where you will lead a team of Door-to-Door (D2D) Field Sales & Marketing Representatives in the Edmonton region. Your primary responsibility is to oversee door-to-door sales operations, drive performance, and ensure the successful execution of our D2D sales and marketing strategies. You will play a key role in training, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve and exceed their targets in a fast-paced, face-to-face sales environment.
You will work closely with the National Sales and Marketing Manager to implement strategic initiatives, provide market insights, and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise & Support: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Door-to-Door Sales Representatives.
• Sales Performance & Growth: Monitor D2D sales metrics, track performance, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Recruitment & Training: Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new door-to-door field representatives.
• Field Engagement: Conduct ride-along and provide hands-on coaching to improve face-to-face sales effectiveness.
• Market & Customer Insights: Gather and report on customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends from door-to-door interactions.
• CRM & Reporting: Ensure accurate sales data entry and lead documentation in CRM tools.
• Brand Representation: Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer service within the team.
Applicable Skills and Experience
• 3+ years of door-to-door sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to train, develop, and manage a high-performing D2D sales team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive leadership approach.
• Experience in door-to-door sales, telecommunications, or field marketing is required.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in face-to-face environments.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
