Job summary The Field Sales Engineer (FSE) is the subject-matter expert and technical sales lead for ESET's product portfolio and is primarily responsible for supporting the ESET Sales team with technical sales activities in new and pre-existing opportunities.
Job description
The FSE demonstrates sales awareness and serves as the technical bridge between ESET Sales and their pre-sales customers and channel sales partners. The FSE is expected to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment with the overall mission to increase ESET solution adoption by demonstrating the functionality and value of the ESET portfolio to ESET partners, customers, and the cybersecurity market in general.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The FSE works closely with their assigned territory Territory Account Manager, Inside Sales Team, and Channel Sales Partners in order to develop business opportunities, drive sales, grow assigned territory, and maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction.
