Now Hiring: Field Sales Rep - Join a Growing Home Service Team

Green and Clean Home Solutions is growing quickly in the Mississauga and Etobicoke regions. We specialize in top-tier home services such as interior and exterior painting, eavestrough and window cleaning, wood staining, and pressure washing. We're hiring a personable and motivated Field Sales Representative to help us connect with more homeowners this season.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to introduce our services Join daily team meetings to align on goals and strategies Track leads and interactions using our internal CRM Book appointments with interested clients in-person Explain our services clearly and professionally Help increase brand awareness through grassroots marketing Strive to hit and exceed individual and team targets Work closely with sales leads and peers to develop your skills Continuously improve through self-initiative and feedback

What We're Looking For:

Positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required Comfortable working independently or as part of a duo Dependable, on time, and detail-oriented Open to learning and motivated to grow
