Responsibilities

Represent Rogers with professionalism during door-to-door customer interactions Promote and sell Rogers products and services to residential customers Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals Work closely with leaders and managers to improve skills and performance

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and self-motivated Goal-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be available Tuesday to Saturday (11 am start time) Sales experience is an asset, but not required - full training is provided

Compensation

Uncapped commission Base Pay (Safety Pay) Competitive weekly earnings, with higher income potential based on performance
