Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing player in the maintenance and inspection of pipelines.
Whether it pertains to tool performance, operational efficiency, cost control, safety measures, or swift deployment, my client is committed to enhancing every facet of their clients\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99 projects.
They are currently seeking an early/ mid-level career Field Operations Tracker to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either drilling or oil field service maintenance with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in either area.
Experience in Inline Inspection Support, Compressor, Pipeline Cleaning, Purging, and Equipment Rentals is highly valued.

Field Operations Tracker Responsibilities:

  • Load and secure their supplies essential for our groundbreaking projects.
  • Ensure all the supplies make it to the job sites.
  • Connect and fasten flanges or other components in the piping.
  • Navigate the pipelines and track pigs.
  • Line Locating and Survey Equipment (you will be supported through training)
  • Assist with exciting in-shop projects.
  • Basic Knowledge of Line Locating and Survey Equipment (Training Provided)
  • Apply your background knowledge in chemistry, physics or biology to projects that involve complex processes for compounds and gases.
The successful candidate has:
  • A degree in chemistry, physics, biology or mathematics is essential.
  • Understand the underlying principles of how compounds work, how gases behave, and other crucial aspects of the oil and gas or pipeline industry.
  • Thrive in a high-octane, flexible work environment that caters to the pulse of customer needs.
  • Use your wizardry Excel skills and other software applications.
  • Experience in Inline Inspection Support, Compressor, Pipeline Cleaning, Purging, and Equipment Rentals is highly valued.
  • Be ready for an adventure, be able and prepared to travel to different towns, immersing yourself in the excitement of working on-site for 1 to 3 weeks at a time.
  • Shifts include a mix of day shifts, evening shifts - Monday to Friday. No work over the weekends
  • Be able to be away from home working on the different projects Monday to Friday but home over the weekends.
  • Most of the projects are between Edmonton and Calgary, so potential candidates could live in either city.
Compensation and benefits:
  • The hourly wage starts at $27.50 per hour plus vacation pay.
