Job Description

As the Field Operations Lead for One-Shot Parking, you are responsible for the day-to-day performance of multiple parking sites across Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton, with Saint John as your hub. You will visit each location on a weekly basis, completing inspections and audits, opening and closing work orders, and resolving issues in an efficient manner, ensuring all parking sites remain clean, compliant, and customer-ready.

You'll be hands on with our parking equipment - troubleshooting and coordinating repairs for pay stations, LPR cameras, gates, validators. That includes liaising with vendors and clients, testing fixes on site, and keeping maintenance logs so downtime stays minimal. You'll also protect revenue integrity by reconciling pay station collections, verifying signage and rates, spot-checking promo codes, and investigating variances or chargebacks with clear documentation.

When escalations happen whether damage claims, safety concerns, or enforcement issues you'll handle them with calm, empathetic communication and apply sound decision-making and problem-solding skills. You'll manage practical site needs such as supplies, new or adjusted signage, and small repairs, while overseeing snow removal, landscaping, and janitorial services as required.

This is a field first role -expect to spend most of your time between sites , and to participate in a shared on-call rotation for responding to urgent issues. The remainder of your time will be spent working from home. A clean criminal record, valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract, and comfort working outdoors in all seasons are essential.
