Rydel Roofing Fredericton is currently hiring Field Marketing Representatives (FMR)! As a FMR you will be Rydel's first contact point with new and potential clients. Your goal will be to aid the sales team with collecting data and promoting Rydel's roofing services. We do this by talking with homeowners in selected neighbourhoods, by attending home shows, and by chatting with the neighbours of our current projects.

This job isn't for everyone. It requires a certain communication skill that few people possess and mor importantly it requires a willingness to push forward when most would give up. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are not strangers to hard work, hot suns, or cold winds. The job is simple, not easy.

Summary:

- Promote our services to homeowners throughout the Fredericton Region.
- Market our services using word of mouth and flyers.
- Attend trade shows to discuss our services with homeowners.
- Keep accurate records of conversations with homeowners.
- Use company app to collect data and track progress.
- Work with a group of motivated individuals or alone.
- Work takes place outside, regardless of weather conditions.
- Sales or marketing experience is an asset but not required.
- Full training provided.
- Must have reliable means of transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
