As a Field Marketing Manager you will:

Recruit, develop and remove obstacles for your field marketing team.

Reach individual and company goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis leading by example.

Paid for performance, write your own pay check.

Learn the true potential of door to door and have fun doing it!

Book in-home consultations, entering homes not required.

Develop leadership and management skills.

Receive daily support and mentoring.

Develop excellent communication skills.

Drive a company vehicle for work purposes - must have a valid drivers license.

Generous base salary $45,000+ commission + bonus + phone allowance

On target earnings starting at $60- $70K+ annually, comprised of your guaranteed salary, plus commission and bonus

Who you are:

Smart (no time for modesty)

You would come prepared for your interview by doing some preliminary research as this is for a leadership role.

Punctual, organized, ambitious, competitive!

Highly energetic and love to talk to people.

Self-motivated and numbers-driven.

Excellent verbal English language skills.

Love cardio and the outdoors.

High school diploma secured.

No industry-specific experience required, but bonus marks if you do.

Must have a valid driver's license, G2 works.

Have leadership experience.

Willing to respect the grind.
