Amazon Business Canada is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of the Amazon\'s B2B business in Canada. You will be responsible for laying the foundation of Field marketing for Enterprise and Commercial business category for Canada.

As a Field Marketing Manager for Amazon Business you will use your experience to manage virtual and in-person events for Amazon Business global events like Amazon Business re:Shape as well as industry events that attract and engage enterprises, startups, and Public Sector organizations. You will support the Sales team with working developing bespoke content and highly tailored marketing collaterals for specific customer segments. You must bring the creativity and agility required to differentiate Amazon Business in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. This role operates cross-functionally with key stakeholders such as our internal business development, PR, product, and legal teams. You will work closely with Marketing leads worldwide to experiment and leverage B2B storefronts and selection strategies.

Role Description:
In this role, you will manage in-person and virtual events in CA. The events can be Amazon led or a 3P led events. You will work closely with the Central Events Marketing team, Sales teams and Agencies to deliver a high-quality experience. You will manage and drive multiple workstreams including content programming, event presenters, logistics, and creative and tech teams. This candidate must understand how to execute effectively and flexibly, and be able to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take action without having to know the complete picture.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop a Field marketing strategy for AB Canada
- Work with the Central marketing to replicate the successful programs
- Replicate foundational campaigns for CA and localize customer specific content
- Identify and manage the 1P, 3P events for lead generation and nurture

A day in the life
- Work with Sales and marketing team to execute campaigns
- Report on the event performance and develop retrospectives
- Prospect new partnership possibilities for AB Canada sales team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels and in different locales to drive alignment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with CRM tools and systems that can be leveraged to drive customer engagement - including but not limited to Adobe, Salesforce, Unica, Marketo, Exact Target, Braze, etc.
- Experience building, executing and scaling digital programmatic campaigns from concept to completion
