About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident

Field Marketing & Business Development Associate

to represent our brand and services in the local market. This is a client-facing role involving in-person visits to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, retail shops, and service providers to introduce our digital tools and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

Visit local businesses (door-to-door) to introduce Chrishan Technology Solutions' services. Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Present and explain our marketing, loyalty, and customer engagement tools. Identify potential clients and schedule follow-up meetings or demos. Distribute promotional material and collect client information. Collaborate with the internal team to share field insights and feedback. Meet weekly outreach and lead generation targets.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-driven. Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and face-to-face interactions. Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an asset. Knowledge or interest in digital marketing and automation tools is a plus. Must have access to reliable transportation.
