AECOM is seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented Field Management Supervisor for work on the Faro Mine Remediation Project (FMRP). This position is based at the former Faro Mine site in Yukon and is a Full-time role.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within the Faro Mine Remediation Project (a multi-discipline construction project).
  • Primary client contact for all jobsite day to day activities, coordinate with client\xe2\x80\x99s resident representatives on jobsite activities.
  • The coordination, planning, and execution of investigation and construction activities related to the installation, building, repair, or maintenance of projects at the FMRP.
  • Responsible for the organization, direction, supervision and coordination of construction activities as delineated in the applicable project execution procedures, site specific safety plan and project execution plan.
  • Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects.
  • Responsibilities are to ensure assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design/specifications/regulations, completion on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
  • Interfaces with all other administrative field staff, field management staff and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort. Oversee field/office personnel on a day-to-day basis. Work with the AECOM Project Managers and field coordinators in the development, delivery and management of field programs.
  • Implement and manage company and client Health and Safety programs for the FMRP.
  • Provide support to the AECOM Project Managers, field staff and subcontractors to help the team achieve and maintain SH&E goals and objectives.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
  • BA/BS with 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
