WHAT THE ROLE IS ALL ABOUT!



Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Field Labourer is a key team player supporting the daily oilfield maintenance operations for various 3DI job sites across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The Field Labourer always prioritizes safety while assisting with complex installations and upgrades and is a reliable resource for transporting 3DI tools, materials, and equipment to project sites. This full-time, permanent role is project-based working throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan; primarily Virden, Cromer, Moosomin, and surrounding areas. Accommodations and per-diem are provided, if applicable, and shift schedules vary based on project needs. This role works 10-12 hours per day.

ESSENTIAL CONTRIBUTIONS WE NEED FROM YOU!



Installing and maintaining pump jacks, wellhead tie-ins, surface piping, and tank farm infrastructure. Assisting with various facility upgrades and repairs. Operating and transporting tools, materials, and equipment to field sites. Following safe work procedures and participating in tailgate meetings. Supporting day-to-day oilfield maintenance operations across multiple active locations.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A POSITIVE IMPACT?



Must hold a valid Class 1 and/or Class 3 driver's license. Previous oilfield or heavy construction experience is strongly preferred. Experience with pump jack assembly, wellhead work, or tank farms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environment. Proven self-starter who takes initiative and showcases a strong work ethic. Understands the importance of team success vs. personal success and promote collaboration and teamwork, reflecting our values. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while continuing to follow safe work procedures, company and project rules, regulations, and policies. Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and in remote job sites. Safety tickets such as H2S Alive, First Aid/CPR, and Confined Space Entry/Rescue are an asset.
