We seek a motivated and experienced

Landscaping Foreman

to lead our crew on different landscaping projects. As the Foreman, you will oversee daily operations, supervise a team of landscapers, and ensure that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard of quality. This position gets guaranteed hours during the winter season.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of landscaping workers on Landscaping and Snow removal projects. Coordinate day-to-day activities, including task delegation and time management. Ensure all projects are completed to customer specifications, on time, and within budget. Manage and maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in safe working condition. Maintain high safety standards, ensuring team adherence to safety protocols and procedures. Communicate directly with clients to address concerns, make recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Assist with the installation of hardscapes, softscapes, irrigation systems, and other landscaping elements. Train and mentor crew members, helping to build a skilled and cohesive team. Monitor and report on project progress, quality control, and resource management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Extensive knowledge of landscaping practices, including blueprint interpretation, installation, and maintenance. Experience operating and maintaining landscaping equipment (e.g., skid steers, mowers, trimmers, etc.). Valid driver's license, clean driving record (Class 5 preferred), and experience driving a truck and trailer. Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift weights. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both with clients and team members.
