Job Description
Evaluate instructor-led education effectiveness of Field Executive & FET and provide development feedback to their supervisor as part of the Performance Management plan. College/University degree in related field Minimum of 5 years of experience Excellent presentation skills Strong coaching and facilitation skills Comprehensive knowledge in the area they are educating (product, artistry, service experience) Must be able to demonstrate the skills they teach themselves; Good personal and observational skills to assess Field understanding and progress; Basic computer skills with ability to work in Excel + PPT Administrative skills and plan and manage budget management. Valid Driver's License (as travel will be required)
