Position Details:

Weekend Night Shift:

Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Hours: 4:45 PM - 5:00 AM (12-hour shifts). Breaks: 45-minute paid break + 15-minute unpaid break per shift. Pay: $30 - $34 per hour. Incentive: Work 36 hours and receive an additional 4 incentive hours. Shift Differential: $3 per hour.

Pay Range:

$30 - $34 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Ficep automated drilling and cutting equipment to process steel components according to detailed specifications. Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and production documents. Load and unload steel profiles using overhead cranes and forklifts. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot errors or malfunctions. Perform routine maintenance and ensure proper machine calibration. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely production. Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets Marcon's high standards.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with company safety policies.

What We're Looking For:

Experience operating Ficep (or similar CNC structural steel processing equipment) in a fabrication or manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical documentation. Familiarity with various steel profiles and grades. Comfortable using overhead cranes, forklifts, and measurement tools. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
