Pollin Fertility is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our surgical team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care during fertility surgeries, ensuring the well-being of our patients throughout their surgical journey.What Your Core Responsibilities Will Be:

Pre, Intra, and Post operative care in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) related procedures. Giving injections and venipuncture. Maintain the utmost confidentiality with respect to all patients. Keep an accurate inventory of all medical supplies and submit orders as needed. Communicate with patients via email and phone interaction. Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including pre-operative assessments, intra-operative care details, and post-operative progress notes.

Qualifications / Required Skills

BScN Registered Nurse with CNO BCLS and ACLS certification 3-5 years medical/surgical experience required. Previous in-vitro fertilization clinical experience preferred but not essential. Superior interpersonal and communication skills. A strong command of English, both spoken and written. Commitment to professional practice and personal development. Commitment to shared leadership and team based decision making. Demonstrated excellent critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills. Commitment to patient centered care. Demonstrated pattern of good attendance and work performance.

Salary

: Salary is commensurate with experience and an attractive benefits package.
