Job Overview

Every morning monday-friday, we gather at our shop at 7 AM to load up materials. From there, we drive to the job site, which can be anywhere in the valley, and construct a new fence.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Laborer to join our construction and restoration team. This role involves assisting with various building projects, performing manual tasks, and supporting skilled tradespeople. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work safely in a dynamic environment. Prior experience with hand tools, carpentry, or construction is a plus, but training will be provided for those eager to develop their skills.

Assist with construction, restoration, and renovation projects using hand tools and power tools Removing existing fencing Construction of various new styles of fencing

Qualifications

Experience or familiarity with construction-related tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, welding, or flooring installation is preferred but not required Ability work with others Proficiency in using hand tools and basic construction equipment Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver's license is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
