Job Summary

The Fence Panel Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling metal and wood fence panels according to production standards. This is a hands-on manufacturing role that involves working with power tools, reading measurements, and maintaining quality workmanship. You'll be part of a fast-paced production team ensuring every panel meets BarrierBoss quality standards before shipping.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble fence panels using pre-cut lumber, roll-formed steel, and hog wire materials. Operate nail guns, staple guns, and hand tools safely and efficiently. Measure, cut, and align materials to ensure correct sizing and fit. Inspect panels for quality, alignment, and durability before tagging. Follow daily production lists and meet assigned output targets. Work collaboratively with other assembly team members to maintain production flow. Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe at all times. Report material shortages or tool issues to the Assembly Lead immediately. Follow all workplace safety rules, PPE requirements, and quality control procedures.
Qualifications

Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred. Ability to use power tools (nail guns, drills, saws, staplers) safely. Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for long periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to learn and follow established assembly processes. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious work ethic.
