Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with hands-on experience in various installation techniques. This role involves working on-site to install, repair, and maintain fences for residential and commercial properties. The Fence Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Install various types of fences including wood, vinyl, chain link, and decorative iron. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installation tasks. Perform concrete forming and finishing as part of the fence installation process. Conduct necessary site preparations including digging post holes and leveling ground. Assemble fence components according to specifications and design plans. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site. Provide landscape maintenance as needed around installed fences. Assist in masonry work related to fence installations when required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields. Familiarity with frame carpentry techniques is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods. Experience with welding is a plus but not mandatory. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Previous construction site experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques is beneficial. Skills in hardscape installation are an asset. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to quality workmanship. Candidate must have a valid G license ( D license is preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
