Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated worker that is willing to learn and be part of our team. This role involves installing various types of fencing, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The Fence Installer will work both independently and as part of a team, utilizing hand tools and equipment to complete projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

Install various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental metal.

Wil learn how :

to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications. Measure and mark fence lines accurately for installation. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cutting, assembling, and installing fencing materials. Perform restoration tasks as needed to prepare sites for installation. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards. Conduct routine maintenance on installed fences as required. Assist in construction painting when necessary to enhance the appearance of installed products. Support welding tasks related to fence installation as needed.

Requirements

Must have Work Permit (were not hiring outside of Canada). Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety practices in a construction environment. Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in restoration or maintenance tasks is a plus. Knowledge of welding techniques is advantageous but not mandatory. Must be anle to drive to shop (there is no public transportation avaliable). Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
