Job Overview:

Align MVMNT Studio is a

woman-led, woman-focused space

dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for every body that walks through our doors. We're looking for an

experienced female personal trainer

to join our team and lead small group strength classes.

Our classes are

pre-programmed

, giving you the framework to guide up to 12 clients through progressive sessions focused on form, awareness, and functional strength. Your role is to bring the programming to life! Coaching movement quality, offering technique support, and holding space for women to feel strong, capable, and connected in their bodies.

Responsibilities



Lead small group classes (up to 12 participants), including but not limited to strength, cardio, and functional training sessions Provide personalized instruction and modifications based on individual fitness levels, needs, and goals Demonstrate and cue proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and optimal movement patterns Motivate and encourage participants to build strength and progress at their own pace -- supporting form mastery before increasing load or intensity Maintain a

non-judgmental, welcoming environment

where all bodies are celebrated Open and close the studio as needed, including setting up and tearing down equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio space

Requirements



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership and coaching abilities to guide, motivate, and support clients Fluency in English; bilingual abilities are an asset Deep understanding of movement quality, alignment, and exercise principles Effective time management and organizational skills Exceptional client care and customer service skills
Above all, we're looking for a coach who is

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
