We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate classroom discussions to encourage student participation. Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their growth. Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, inclusivity, and effective communication among students. Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary projects and participate in school events. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise. Provide tutoring support as needed for students who require additional assistance outside of regular class hours.

Requirements

Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, particularly in a high school setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or mentoring capacity. Classroom experience that demonstrates effective classroom management techniques and instructional strategies. A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
