Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Buncher Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in harvesting timber, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a combination of technical skills, mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in both safety and quality.
Must have 2-3 years of experience.
Duties
Operate and maintain feller buncher machine Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Collaborate with team members to execute tasks efficiently while adhering to project timelines. Implement technology as needed for mapping and planning purposes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
Requirements
Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in operating heavy equipment. A commitment to safety practices and attention to detail in all tasks performed. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Job Location
Remote logging camp Hwy 37 KM 292 Bob Quinn Lake or various other operations in Northern BC Flexible shift work 12 hour days.
