Shipwheel Cattle Feeders Ltd. is a fourth-generation family farm located in Taber, Alberta. Our 5,500-head feedlot, summer grazing operation, and commitment to regenerative agriculture form the core of a business that blends tradition with bold innovation.
We produce more than high-quality cattle. Our diverse operation includes compost production (three unique types), seasonal honey and fruit, and pasture-raised eggs. We believe the health of our soil, animals, and team are deeply connected, and we're proud to lead with that mindset.
Animal care is the cornerstone of everything we do. Using principles of proper stockmanship, we handle cattle with patience, awareness, and respect. Calm animals perform better -- and we work to create a low-stress environment that benefits both the cattle and the people working alongside them.
If you value purpose-driven work, thrive in a hands-on, dynamic environment, and want to be part of a forward-thinking team reshaping agriculture, we'd love to hear from you.
