Supervisor Responsibilities:



Supervise all aspects of the front of the house Perform administrative duties that are required while on shift Enforce all health and safety/sanitation standards Establish immediate credibility with guests and staff Other duties as assigned

What you'll need as a Supervisor:



Experience:

1+ years' supervisor experience required, preferably in a high-volume restaurant



Other Qualifications:



Knowledge and conversational ability in order to effortlessly provide guest experience and encourage both cross-promotion/sales of related products Approachable and establishes immediate credibility with guests and staff - leads all staff by example Working knowledge of computerized Point of Sales system Ability to work cooperatively within a team setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with guests and employees both internally and externally Employ persuasion and influence to initiate and/or resolve matters Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
