Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in managing the department to ensure superior guest satisfaction
Responsible for supervising junior employees, building morale, and fostering an environment of co-operation and efficiency
Required to assist in the assessment of goals, performance and development for junior staff and generally help to ensure that team members are meeting business and client needs
Assist in preparing budgets, cost, and revenue projections, purchasing plans, staffing plans and schedules
Requirements

3+ years' experience managing a large Food and Beverage operation (casino preferred but not required), including previous supervisory experience. Serving & Bartending experience.
ProServe is a requirement for the role
Computer knowledge is a definite asset
Professional Appearance
Organized and can work under pressure
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with guests by providing them with service and respect
Ability to liaise effectively with other department managers in the casino
Capable of resolving disputes or complaints quickly and effectively

Must be able to stand for a prolonged time
Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching and prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
Must be available to work all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
