We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Fast Food Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment. Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of food products.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory. Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and effectively. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus. Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality are essential for success in this role. Pay: $15.00-$16.75 per hour
