Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fast Food Supervisor to assist with daily operations in our fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food preparation and service meets our high standards of quality and safety while managing a team of staff to deliver an outstanding experience.

Duties

Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and cooking processes. Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and transaction accuracy. Lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing food safety practices throughout the restaurant. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization in both front-of-house and kitchen areas. Collaborate with Store Manager to develop strategies for improving restaurant performance.

Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role within the food industry is required. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. Familiarity with POS systems is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Experience in cash handling and financial reporting is advantageous. Background in food service is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
