Caposhie is a Canadian fashion brand founded in 2015. Although we primarily appeal to mature customers, we believe fashion is for anyone, and welcome anyone who has a love for linen, fashion and style.

We are seeking a top-tier Sales Stylist -- Key Holder --to join our team at our Orchard Park location. We're looking for someone who is experienced in fashion retail. Someone who is passionate about fashion, loves to wardrobe, have fun in the fitting room, is driven to exceed sales goals, and is eager to make a difference in our customers world!

Energetic, fun, and love to travel Ability to think outside the box constantly A love for fashion and can confidently dress customers and provide them with exceptional service Brimming with common sense and quick on your feet Confident, enthusiastic, and resilient Highly motivated, ambitious team player that drives performance towards outstanding results Passionate about customer service Ability to establish rapport with customers and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience Understand our company sales goals, and the individual store goals and achieve them Ability to assess, recognize, and act quickly when a change in the store is needed Understand who our customer is, why she buys, and when Motivate and challenge your team to provide exceptional service and create lasting relationships with each of your customers Sales experience is an asset Flexible availability and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
