With 3 dedicated boys' stores across the GTA and a strong e-commerce presence, NorthBoys delivers a premium shopping experience rooted in style, service, and customer satisfaction. NorthBoys operates under the North Brands Group, which also includes NorthGirls, our sister brand specializing in girls' and tween apparel.

We are hiring for 2 of our NorthBoys locations: CF Shops at Don Mills (Don Mills/Lawrence) and Hillcrest Mall in Richmond Hill.

'Fashion Sales Associate' position at NorthBoys is essential for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our premium boys' clothing collections. Join us to help young fashion enthusiasts look their best while supporting our mission of quality and style.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting clothing that suits their needs and preferences.

Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising. Restock shelves and organize stock to ensure a well-presented store. Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Support store operations including cashiering and stock management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
