Responsibilities

Provide expert fashion advice and styling recommendations to customers based on their individual preferences and needs. Engage with customers to understand their fashion requirements, ensuring a personalized shopping experience. Conduct product demonstrations and showcase merchandise effectively to enhance customer interest. Utilize technology sales techniques to promote new products and trends within the store. Assist with merchandising efforts to create visually appealing displays that attract customers. Maintain an organized work environment, ensuring the sales floor is tidy and well-stocked. Employ effective time management skills to balance multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. Upsell products by identifying opportunities that align with customer interests during interactions. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or through digital platforms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their style preferences and need.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining store standards. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for engaging with customers effectively.
