Position Overview:

Do you have a passion for style? Do you love helping customers find their perfect look? If you're enthusiastic about creating wardrobes, suggesting new styles, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want you to join our team as a Fashion Boutique Associate! This role involves providing top-notch customer service, assisting with product selection, and helping create an enjoyable shopping experience. Position Details:

Type: Seasonal, Full-Time Schedule: Weekends, Weekdays, Days, Evenings Area: 4000 sqft of fashion and 4000 sqft of garden center Location: Shelmerdine Garden Centre Ltd. (Must have own transportation--no bus service available)

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting customers with fashion advice, helping them create stylish wardrobes, and recommending outfits that fit their needs Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a personalized, memorable shopping experience Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and seasonal trends Ensuring the boutique is well-organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked Responding to customer inquiries and working with other departments to meet their needs Lifting and carrying merchandise and staying on your feet for the full day Contributing to a positive and fun team atmosphere

What We're Looking For:

Driver's license or ability to commute to Headingley, MB. A passion for fashion and helping customers find their perfect look and instilling confidence Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Flexibility with scheduling and a strong work ethic Physical ability to lift and carry upwards of 40lb, manage stairs, and stay on your feet during shifts An eagerness to learn about the products and promotions in the store * Strong team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
