Job Summary

We are a vibrant family farm that excels in customer service. We need additional servers to assist in our busy, seasonal operation. We are located in the country with no public transportation so having reliable transportation is a must!

We are seeking FARMtastic alcohol servers to join our team in a fast-paced agritourism environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are handled efficiently.

Duties

Greet guests in a friendly manner Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all items meet the restaurant's quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations during busy periods. Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food service and handling.

Requirements

Smart serve required Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members. Experience in serving or barista roles is a plus, showcasing versatility in hospitality settings. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for providing high-quality service and creating memorable experiences for guests. Contract length: 1 month

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
