. We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual for afull-time, year-round position
. This role offers steady employment with increased hours during planting and harvest.Responsibilities
Operate and maintain farm equipment including tractors, combines, planters, sprayers, and grain trucks Assist with planting, spraying, harvest, and grain handling Haul grain and farm inputs Perform routine maintenance and basic mechanical repairs Assist with general farm and shop duties Follow all safety procedures
Qualifications
Class 1 driver's license OR willingness to obtain one
Farm or heavy equipment experience preferred Mechanical aptitude an asset Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independentlyCompensation & Benefits

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
