Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning for crop growth and development Cut agricultural crops Develop specific plans to prioritize Direct agricultural crops deleafing activities Direct farm grooming activities Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots Mixing fertilizer Organize tasks to accomplish the work Oversee the activities of clearing the fields Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations Hire and train staff Perform general farm dutiesSupervision
