Tasks
---------Develop specific plans to prioritize Direct farm feed inventory activities Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots Train seed cutting techniques to farm labourers Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed Maintain quality control and production records Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations Maintain work records and logs
