---------Cultivate on vertical farming system Develop specific plans to prioritize Organize tasks to accomplish the work Oversee the activities of clearing the fields Oversee the process of hoeing crops Tie and secure plants Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting Maintain quality control and production records Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations Maintain work records and logs Hire and train staff Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
