Tasks

Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning for crop growth and development Cut agricultural crops Develop specific plans to prioritize Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots Greenhouse cleaning Implement soil fertility programs Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes Organize tasks to accomplish the work Oversee the activities of clearing the fields Oversee the process of hoeing crops Soil fertility programs Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality Weeding Work with honey bees Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures Maintain financial and production records Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed Maintain quality control and production records Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations Perform general farm duties Perform and document routine maintenance Organize inventories using computerized inventory control systems Organize planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities
